The secondary HSI is designed for controlled secondary crushing with a high reduction ratio and a cubical aggregate shape. It suits quarrying and recycling operations where shape and gradation matter.
A dynamically balanced four-bar rotor, hydraulic breaker-plate adjustment and heavy-duty wear protection keep output consistent and maintenance quick. The TI 1011S handles 100–150 t/h.
The rotor accelerates material into hydraulically positioned breaker plates, which set the product size. If tramp material enters, the plates lift to let it pass and then return to their setting.
