## Overview

The RC Series roll crusher uses high-pressure grinding roll (HPGR) technology for inter-particle crushing at the tertiary and quaternary stages. It produces manufactured sand and fine aggregate for concrete, asphalt and other precise applications.
The TRC 800 handles 60–90 t/h from a feed of up to 32 mm. An optional PLC system and a built-in roll grinder support steady, low-maintenance operation.

## How it works

Material is compressed between two counter-rotating rolls. The pressure breaks particles against each other and leaves micro-cracks that ease downstream processing. A tight gap setting gives a fine, cubical product.

## Features

- **Automation option.** A PLC monitors hydraulic pressure, oil temperature and roll status for one-touch operation.
- **Tramp relief and gap control.** Built-in relief passes uncrushables, and an adjustable gap keeps size consistent and wear low.
- **Counter-rotating rolls.** Compress material evenly for consistent size and shape with less slippage.
- **Built-in roll grinder.** Restores the roll surface profile during operation for uniform pressure and longer roll life.
