## Overview

The tertiary HSI reduces material efficiently and cleanly through horizontal shaft impact, producing a cubical finished product. It is used in roadworks aggregate production, mining and recycling.
Five models cover capacities from 100 to 320 t/h. Hydraulic access, quick-change impact bars and modular wear liners keep productive time high.

## How it works

A heavy-duty rotor accelerates the material, which breaks against adjustable breaker plates. Field-adjustable curtains fine-tune the reduction to give a consistent, cubical output.

## Features

- **Hydraulic impact plates.** Set the product size safely and precisely for consistent reduction.
- **Quick impact-bar changes.** Bars and wear liners are accessible and replaceable, cutting downtime.
- **Heavy rotor.** High mass and a balanced design give steady acceleration, lower vibration and high throughput.
- **Composite wear liners.** Modular bolt-on liners of 400–500 HB or welded overlay protect the housing and change without welding.
